A Clueless Blue

Like the dancing waves, 

make a velvet trap to woo

the moonlight;

Like the clear sky,

seeks to cage 

a morning bright;

Like the blooming bud,

laughs to prey 

the drops of dew;

Like the shining sun,

catches the rain

to hold a hue;

Like the stars at night,

ask in ransom

a thought of you;

Often the afterglow,

steals of rainbow

a clueless blue.
